When everyone thought that climate change challenges had been addressed, the refugees felt left out and that is when CHART-CR came and addressed the most challenging issues that the refugees face. Today, Uganda host the biggest number of the refugees, but its capacity has reached the peak. Why? Because the refugees and the host communities are struggling in sharing the available resources. That is to say, land, water sources and the sources of the energy. The funding from the Mastercard Foundation has enable University of Cambridge and Makerere University to tell the prevailing situation in Kyangwali Refugee Settlement
